A short introduction of Angcle Peoh about his business routing from young. This introduction below come together with the menu, when you turn the other way round, you can read about Angcle Peoh business life changes from the year of 1950-2014.

Angcle Peoh's mother was good in cooking, Asam Laksa was her good dish among all. So, at the year of 1950, Uncle Peoh mother started to sell Asam Laksa at the bridge side.

At the year of 1953, Uncle Peoh's mother needs to carried all the Laksa ingredients in a rattan basket. She travel everyday from her house to Ayer Itam market about 4-km of distance.

At 1960, Uncle Peoh was only 7 years old. But he started to helps his mother at the Laksa stall. In the same year as well, the got their first bicycle that can reduced their burden instead of carried manually.

At the year of 1967, Uncle Peoh was only 17 years old, they owned their very first pedicab.

After 27 years of hardwork and paid off, finally Uncle Peoh owned a small lorry.

At the year of 2014, Penang Ayer Itam Asam Laksa been spreads and now it is famous and well known in Malaysia. Thus, they named their business as "ANG-cle" Peoh which ideally came from their surname, it is pronouns same as "Uncle".

Fews picture of their air-conditioner free and non air-conditioner dinning area. Can you spot Angcle Peoh is cooking personally from the picture there? This picture is the air-conditioner free dinning area.

Their air-conditioner dinning area is bigger and have more seat inside.

Next come their menu provided.
The foods listing is over the left side, while the drinks listing is over the right side.

These are the few dishes me and my family ordered that day. Obviously we never missed out their famous dish - Asam Laksa.

They do have 3 options for Asam Laksa; you can choose either add soup, add vege or even add mee.

But i chose to be no vege because i don't like the taste of it, end up i got so many mee. This bowl contains of only the mee and the sardin fish. The sour taste is just nice enough.

This is one of famous Penang dish, Ba Mee (in Mandarin is called as

豬肉面), the soup taste fresh and naturally sweet of pork taste without any smelly taste.

Hihiii..another Penang famous food of Prawn Mee. It is quite oily, but for those spicy lovers, for sure you love it. For those who can't eat spicy, you might get a drink with you.

It contains half boiled egg and fews fresh prawns, kangkung, and fried onion as the topping of it Prawn Mee.

This is their Duck Egg Fried Kuey Teow, They have normal fried kuey teow with chicken eggs or duck eggs. Definitely the price is different form each other.

But, we ordered their duck egg fried kuey teow, consists of duck egg, bean sprout (tauge), and leek (jiu cai), only a bit spicy.

Lastly, their dessert Cendol. I ordered my drink Wintermelon with Aloe Vera.
PS: missed out this picture, sorry ya

I had talked to Angcle Peoh which is the owner of this.
