Dutch Lady PureFarm 7-Day Milk at Breakfast

hello peeps, good morning everyone! after the previous post, i am back again here to update my latest post on "Sarapan Dutch Lady Challenge"! :)

I received my breakfast box on last Friday surprisingly, and thus from that day onward, challenge begins! How do you usually have your breakfast? Have you take breakfast on time?

I do take breakfast regularly because i knows the importance of it, even it is just a simple one, at least there is something filled. When i take breakfast on time, i realized it actually boost up a day energy to kick start the day.

I would usually have few slices of bread with nutella or sandwich/mihun goreng from the malay stall/oatmeal with fruits, but i don't really take milks. It is only certain time i will take milk when i am craving of :P

The breakfast box for first day breakfast is nicely prepared by Dutch Lady Malaysia, i just love the decoration of it!

So now, let's proceed to my Sarapn Dutch Lady 7Days Challenge.. From top to bottom: Day 1 to Day 7.
My first day breakfast well prepared by Dutch Lady Malaysia - Nasi Lemak with chicken topped with sambal, sliced cucumbers, egg, anchoives and peanuts with Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk ^^

2nd day: Healthy Homemade Sandwhich with Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk!

3rd day: Gardenia Toasted Chocolate Waffle with chopped banana and Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk!

4th day: Home Cooked Porridge with scrambled egg and Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk!

5th day : a simple on the go breakfast - egg tart with Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk!

6th day: heavy meal today - Kueh Tiew Goreng with Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk! (but usually i don't eat the peanuts, anchoives and sambal). Mihun sold out, so just get this lol..

Last day: let's mark the last day with some special foods :P today breakfast is Japanese Sushi match with Dutch Lady PureFarm Full Cream Milk!

Awesome "Sarapan Dutch Lady" challenge is officially end with perfection! Who says breakfast is not easy to serve? No, that is just a rescue!

  1. memang kena minum susu la kan.. densiti tulang makin hari makin menyusut.. risau osteoporosis jek.. hee~ 40% wanita yang berusia 30 tahun keatas menghidap maslaah osteoporosis tau.. jadi.. minum lah susu.. sebba.. skearang ni ade jugak awal 20-an masalah reput tulang..

    jaga kesihatan ya !!
