[Review] Pantai Seafood Restaurant （水上人家）

It's been a while for me to review about foods, and finally i get used to blog about it at last.

Today gonna blog about something different from the previous post, which is related to "FOOD" - Seafood.

The parking lot of Pantai Seafood Restaurant come with the nice and match decoration. Simple and classic look of restaurant. 

The other site of parking base. Do not worry you can get any parking if come late, their restaurant is a big land. You can find your parking inside. It's free entrance for customer and there are few security on duty all the times.

The elegant looks of their air-cond free site. Simple and elegant, right? I just fell in love with their design here when the first sight i step into their restaurant. 

They do have air-conditioner free and a big dinning hall with air-conditioner.

When you already walked in , you will see their information counter over your left side. Any booked appointment or inquiry can be made here. Their local staff will assist you in need. 

As you can see from this picture, their business hour is divided into two shifts.

Morning shift: 11.45am-2.30pm

Evening shift: 6.00pm-11.00pm

Looks how crowded there restaurant is... So, please make a booking before you walk into their restaurant. So you don't have to wait so long.

As i mentioned above, they do have air-conditioner free dining area and dinning hall with air-conditioner. You can see from this picture, over the covered dinning hall and the top dinning are is air-conditioner dinning hall. 

Air-conditioner free dinning hall is just right in front of the information counter. 

Finish introduces about their environment. Now let's have a look over their own breeding fishes and seafood.  

I was unable to capture the clearer one, but there is a narrow staircase along from top to bottom. You can frequently see their staff will go up the stairs to catch their fishes or seafood is there is any order made. 

The first dish is their Prosperous Salmon Yee Sang. They served this Yee Sang separately with the sauce. The sauce taste is just nice for me as in not too sour. 

Come to vege dish, I'm not sure what this dish is. But I really felt in love with it. It is tasty but a bit salty. The vege come with some mushroom and carrot. Vege lovers can have a try on it, I'm sure you will love it after the first try.

Next come their Homemade Hakka Toufu. This toufu made by fried Japanese toufu with their golden yellow color sauce. Come along with green sprout bean and cutter prawn.

This dish of fish is named Nyonya Patin. I'm not sure why they called it as Nyonya Patin, Or maybe they cooked it in Nyonya's way because the paste taste sour with my favorite vege on the top of the fish. I just love this dish and the vege without any reason.

Sure many of you out there know about this dish - Dong Pok Rou. But I never taste it at all. According to my friend, she tells me that the meat is a bit too hard. But the taste not bad.

This dish is called Scotland Clam shell. They steamed it with blended ginger some shallot on the top of it. For a ginger lover like me, obviously i love the taste. The clam shell is fresh, it doesn't have any smelly taste. 

Next come the blanched live tiger prawns with chinese wine. If you are a prawn lover, then must order this dish. This blanched tiger prawns  come with it own sauce (wasabi, chili sauce, and sambal). You can either eat it without the sauce provided or either with the sauce. Both are just tasty. If you eat without the sauce, you might taste the freshness of it.

Last come the baked crab meat with salted egg yolks, I strongly recommend this dish because when the first mouth i taste, it really satisfied me with the real egg yolks taste. Cant be compared to any other restaurant.

But one of their shortcoming is that from the beginning of this dish been served, they never provides any plier. After so many calls (even the staffs are just many), they don't even bring it for us. Only then the manager bring for us when the crab left not much.

Side dishes from all the among, the fresh fruits are served lastly. It contains of papaya, watermelon and dragon fruits. Those fruits are fresh, juicy and sweet. I'm sure that many restaurant nowadays doesn't served any fruits right? Here they serve you upon request.

Company dinner, we taken 2 photo at the end of this dinner. Here come all the physiotherapists and beautician gathered together once a while. Unfortunately, there were some of them absences for this dinner.

Overall the service is quite good, the staff will served you immediately and in a good manner. The foods are fresh, tasty but a bit pricey. The environment is quite clean and they also has a huge parking land for you to park your car, they do have few security there observing around.

If anyone plan to goes can referral to this name card. Please be sure that you MUST make your booking before going, so that immediately you can have your seat. Otherwise, you have to wait patiently.

This name card can get at their payment counter. You can keep it for next booking purpose.

Homemade Pure Fruit Juice

Hey hey...i'm back to blogging life again after lost for so long. ><

Is actually i had dengue fever the past one week and thus admitted to hospital for observation. 

Selangor is the worse area of dengue cases, so people please take care of yourself and drink more water ya :)
Today gonna blog about this homemade fruit juice after discharged from hospital..

Pure Fresh Fruit Juice (Apple + Orange)
No added of any preservative, coloring or sugar
Ingredients needed: 2 green apples and 3 oranges and water
Time Taken: less than 30 minutes
For: 3 people

Preparation of peel off and cutting into small pieces

Decoration of 2 apples with 3 oranges, just to have fun with it ^.^ with a small glass of water. (you can actually add one more cup water so the sour taste will be lesser) 

Fresh apple orange juice is done, 50ml in this cup. But i added somemore water up to 200ml so that i can drink more, and the sour taste also reduced a bit.
PS: if you're a sweet lover, you can add some honey on it. Don't worry the taste will be nice also :)

Juice is done, enjoy my healthy fresh drink.

This mask moisture and whiten my face after 15 minutes of applying. 

The next day after i applied the mask from Annie's Way, it give me a good result which really have much difference from usual. Compare from yesterday, my face looks more fairer. First try on this mask, and it doesn't disappoint me, great! (y)

My New Maltese Puppy- Oriey

Blog blog blog blog...gonna blot about my puppy today! <3

Hey everyone!!

She is Oriey...2 and a half months old puppy. A naughty puppy which melt my heart.

Everything that can move is her toys..  Teeth are growing... Everything became her victims... Fingers, toes, mop, clothes, bed sheet... Bitten everything. 

Adorable sleeping beauty slept soundly beside me... Will 'kacau' people in midnight.. 

Her innocence face after woke up from a nap @@

Carries her in a basket...from in house to my car to protect her from getting bully by the cat in my house patio...

A toy for her to play...instead of biting people around @@ static toy is not her interest, so I have to make it movable... 

Her sleeping pattern attracted my attention <3 <3 <3 

This naughty fellow got everyone attraction wherever she go. But nobody knows that she is such a naughty puppy, jump from high to low..bite from clothes to mop.. Anywhere, she is still my pleasure in my life. :) :) :)
